We just needed some time away from the fast life and intensiveness of a fast paced country aka Singapore. We went to Malaysia, Johor Bahru to get that relaxed free time. On this trip we definitely did not do much as we only had a 2D1N trip. Reached Malaysia at about 5pm on 27th June, check-in to our hotel, bought food for break fast and also some meat to cook in our hotel-ish. Went to the night market there - too late as most of the shops were closing already. Though, we found a stall that sells fishes in a bulb, A LIGHT BULB. & they were so beautiful :)
We talked and stayed awake till the wee hours. Slept for a couple of hours and had to book out at 12 noon. Watched Independence Day in a nearby mall and went back to Singapore. It wasn't much of a holiday, but just a really really short getaway from our normal lives.
Long story short, WE JUST NEEDED A BREAK.
